This class is the perfect mix of Yoga Strength & Restorative Yoga.  Start the class with a fun and challenging 45 minutes of yoga focused on building strength with flexibility with sequencing that is based on an updated understanding of the science of stretching and improving flexibility/mobility, as well as the importance of strength training to increase the resilience of our muscles and tendons and reduce the incidence of pain, injury or “tight muscles” in daily life.


We’ll follow the strength portion of the class with 45 minutes of deeply relaxing Restorative yoga designed to reset the nervous system, improve sleep, and elicit a mental state of calm.


Finish your work week with a balanced yoga practice that helps you leave work behind to head into your weekend feeling totally refreshed!

*PLEASE READ: I’ve added a 6-week pre-registered option.  The 6-week option is not a flexible pass and is only valid for this class for the dates Nov 8 – Dec 13.  Both the 8-class pass and the FALL All Class Pass can be used to attend these Yoga Strength & Restore classes on any remaining dates for the season OR any of the other regular classes this fall (Yoga Nidra, Yoga Strength, Yoga for Low Back & Hips). The 8-class pass and the Fall All Class Passes  are valid September through December 2019.  All passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or extended beyond December 2019. Fall All Class Passes offer a 50% discount on monthly restorative classes and a 15% discount on workshops, special classes, and pre-registered class series.
