This class is the perfect mix of both active and Restorative yoga. Start the class with a fun and challenging yoga class focused on building strength with flexibility.
Following the active yoga, the second half of the class is an experience of deep relaxation with Restorative yoga designed to reset the nervous system, improve sleep, and elicit a mental state of calm.
