Free Yoga Class Schedule April 27 – May 3

I’m offering free 20-45 minute daily classes on Facebook Live starting April 27th.  Each day will be a very different type of class – with some classes focusing on strength and mobility, some focusing on calm, and others focusing on somatics or yoga therapy for pain or pelvic health.  If you’re new to my classes make sure to check out a few different ones, as some may be more suited to you than others.  Every Sunday will be an opportunity to ask questions about anything from the week of classes.  I’ll also post some tutorials on Sunday on how to do certain movements.


I’ll publish a new event each week with the schedule. Below you’ll find the schedule for the first week of classes Monday April 27 – Sunday May 3.  Next week’s classes will be different from this week’s. Most classes will be evening classes from 7:30-8:10pm although Sunday is at 7pm and I will do some 20-minute lunch break classes starting next week. You do not need to sign up, although you may want to check the Facebook event for updates on what blankets or props (or alternatives) to bring for each class.  The recording will stay up on Facebook for a few days although I hope you’ll join me live.


These are free classes offered on Facebook live from my Facebook page.  Because these classes are on Facebook and not Zoom, I won’t be able to see you and give you feedback but you’re welcome to join in on Sundays to ask questions through the chatbox.  Other things that could happen:

  • My kids might drift into class from time to time or participate with me
  • I might wear the same clothes every day
  • You might have loud kids or other noises in your environment and that’s just fine – I won’t even know – let’s keep this real for the times we’re in
